Finding Our Office

Located in the heart of Banff, our office is easily accessible from Highway 1. Look for the red-roofed building adjacent to Mountain Park Coffee. Street parking available, or use the municipal lot two blocks east.

If you're visiting from out of town, we're a short walk from most Banff accommodations. Drop by to discuss your ideal wilderness experience in person, browse route maps, or meet the guides.

Common Questions

Do I need prior hiking experience?

Not for our beginner and easy-rated routes. For moderate to advanced trails, basic fitness and some trail experience help. Contact us if uncertain about your suitability.

What if weather forces cancellation?

Safety comes first. If we cancel due to conditions, you receive a full refund or can reschedule at no charge.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes. Inform us during booking about allergies or preferences, and we'll adjust meal provisions accordingly.

Are your tours suitable for children?

Our Glacial Valley Walk and Wildlife Observation Trail work well for families with children 8+. Contact us to discuss specific needs.

Do you offer private group bookings?

Absolutely. Private groups of 4-8 can book exclusive departures. Pricing adjusts based on group size and route selected.

What equipment do I need to provide?

Primarily personal items: footwear, clothing layers, water bottle, sunscreen. We supply specialized safety gear and navigation tools.
