Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled departure receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure may forfeit the deposit or full payment. Weather-related cancellations initiated by Stellar-deer result in full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
Participants must honestly assess their physical fitness level and choose routes appropriate to their abilities. You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions that may affect your participation.
Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by guides. Failure to comply with safety protocols may result in removal from the tour without refund.
Participants are responsible for bringing appropriate personal equipment as outlined in pre-trip materials. Stellar-deer is not liable for issues arising from inadequate personal preparation.
Wilderness activities involve inherent risks. By participating in our tours, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Stellar-deer, its employees, and guides are not liable for:
